With 18 years of experience with brands, Rafa has built a solid career working with global companies such as Nespresso, HBO, Shell, P&G, Latam and Playstation. In Miami, he led training initiatives in brand development and digital presence for Meta, impacting more than 4 million people.


A Branding specialist from IE University in Spain, Graphic Designer from CalArts University and Certified in Artificial Intelligence by Harvard, he has coached more than 3 thousand businesses on brand presence, has a master's degree in media anthropology and is a speaker at internationally renowned conferences such as Adweek, IAB, and Endeavor. He is currently a professor of Marketing and Artificial Intelligence in master's programs in Berlin, Germany.

He founded Malta with the purpose of transforming brands into protagonists of their own development. Combining practice and knowledge, offering strategic solutions so that businesses become relevant, beloved and recognized brands.
